Last night (Jan 12 09) I missed one of the neighborhood walkers by inches. Another car coming toward me (with bright lights on) over the center of the road (avoiding one of the many-parked cars ON THE ROAD) and I moved over to allow him room. As I got to the other vehicle, I saw a shadow of a figure in my passenger window right next to the truck. Exercise is great folks, but at night wear light colored clothing or get a reflective belt or something. If I had hit the person it would have ruined their day and mine too. I told my wife about this and she said it's happened to her and some of her friends too. Be SMARTER folks, you may think we see you, but it looks like we do only after we pass you, don't be dead wrong about this.
