Well, selected ones, as they appear in the ARIA Report (in alphabetical order by song title, rather than in order of appearance on the show). The first Friday morning new releases episode aired on 1 July 1993, between 2:00 and 4:30am:
There was no rage playlist listed in the ARIA Report for the week commencing 16/7/93, though Tasmin Archer's 'Lords of the New Church' was one video I recorded that week (from the Saturday morning pre-top 60 new release videos segment).
This was the first week that rage used the 'new release' superscript beside the rage logo - that I caught, anyway (I was overseas the two Fridays before this episode went to air).
Very interesting. I had no idea that rage played “Hit The Ground Running” by Tim Finn. Quite a rare clip. I was recording rage through that era so no idea how I managed to miss it

Yeah, I thought, at the time, that I recorded this show every week, but there are a couple of things I would definitely have been interested in, but missed, like Tasmin Archer's 'Arienne' (unless it aired in the Friday night/Saturday morning new releases segment rather than on the Friday morning show).
I also never saw Marcella Detroit's 'I Believe' on the new releases show (it's coming up on a playlist soon), which I would have noted. I know that one definitely aired on the new releases show, as someone has sent me a copy with the new release superscript on it.
I intend to upload the rest of these, when I next get the inclination. I also have earlier and later lists, but they're generally not as extensive when MTV aired, as that, for some reason, usually took precedence over other music video shows' playlists in The ARIA Report. Though it is still interesting to see what new additions were airing on the other programs.
I remember seeing Kate Bush's 'Eat the Music' on the new releases program. They must have 'lost' it since, as it hasn't appeared in either Kate Bush special in 2005 or the one aired on the vault this year.
I remember that '7 Seconds' was the first video shown for this episode, and I was quite surprised, as I had no idea Neneh Cherry had a new song out before then.
The Marcella Detroit video was the last one shown. I used to have this entire episode on VHS, kept until about 1998. I don't know why I then taped over it.
