Great that there's a morning episode of Countdown.
It's a good one too.
Shame that 'Gigolo' by Colleen Hewett is only a chartbuster, would love a full clip or studio performance.

9/6/85 episode was a bit of a let down after the amazing 24/5/81 episode. James Reyne had such a talent of hosting Countdown. It was good though to see my fave band Eurythmics finally knock off 'We Are The World' from the No.1 spot after, I think Gavin said, 10 weeks at No.1. Go Annie and Dave

I loved the 1985 episode. Dynamic Hepnotics with that set, the Freddie Murcury interview, Marilyn, Humdrum at his house and Gavin Wood and Molly interviewing Paul Young was good to
