Lost COUNTDOWN performance

A friend of mine who was in the Countdown audience and filmed lots on this show is looking for the performance she was in the audience for, she thinks it's 1977 she went to Countdown with the performance for 'Dalvanius and the Fascinations'....a big NZ guy in a kaftan with female back up singers. The name of his song was "Canberra we're watching you".

I can't see it in the 1977 Countdown Archives section so I am sure it was one of the chucked out and taped over episodes

Can ANYONE help?!?!

Re: Lost COUNTDOWN performance

This episode was wiped a long time ago - definitely does not exist.

Re: Lost COUNTDOWN performance

Yes, I would have liked to have seen Debbie Harry co-host one of the lost 70's episodes.
