I think Nathan was questioning whether a clip of Gyan - Wait was Rock Arena as Mod claims on Rage Message Board or actually Countdown Revolution. I think Nathan may be right as I found the following entry:

Hi Guru Bob!
Looking at what's on this episode,it's definitely late '89,not from January of that year
Whenever the ABC don't know the recording date or it is a compilation then they give it a Jan 1 date. I remember when they showed the 1st Countdown episode once and called it Jan 1 1975. That's just the way they archive.
Did this episode go for 90mins? I thought CR was only 30mins?
It is a storage tape of bits and pieces used on Countdown Revolution over several episodes. This was not a show that went to air in this format.
On the subject of archiving, did the CD Revolution eps carry on the same number sequence as the original series or did they have a different numbering system?
Also are these episodes the only Revolution eps to be repeated in their entirity on RAGE?:
27 October 1989 - Cyndi Lauper
12 December 1989 - TISM
22 June 1990 - Protest Episode
This Episode of Countdown Revolution with Real Life's "Send Me An Angel" is the same Episode I recorded the performance for you which I recorded back in 1989!. My same tape has "I'll House You" and "Batdance Dancers" ... hehehe
So it looks like 'Wait' from this tape is a 'studio 31' (meaning the ABC studio) performance rather than the music video? If that's the case, I hope they don't air it for Wildcard, as if it's like the Countdown Revolution clip of Jenny Morris performing 'She Has To Be Loved', then it's awfully boring (IMO).
Sorry, I saw your question, was going to respond but got distracted and forgot.
To answer your second question first, yes Rage have only repeated 3 Countdown Revolutions as per your list.
Countdown Revolution started a new numbering system and was not linked to the old Countdown episodes. Grabbing just one randomly from the ABC Archives they are recorded as follows:

And CJ, yes that was the live performance of Send Me An Angel '89 that you gave me a copy of although I can't locate the exact episode it appeared on, the nearest I found was as follows but that is not the episode that you have - I guess they haven't archived that one yet:
