Homemade Tractor with a Geneva Adapto Tractor Kit. Built and modifications done in the late 1930's. COWL Model NE 8027, 1923 motor W4 #4130XX. Restored in 1975 and always stored inside. Slow speed and neat old tractor. For sale for $2,800.
