Our original Autolite distributor housings for 1923 were made of potmetal and most have long since deteriorated from age....There has been a lot of discussion in the past on replacement distributors, such as early remy (Chevy), VW, and later Autolite and farm tractors...You may want to browse the search block above to broaden your search....Ebay is usually another good source for distributors....Good luck.
