Can't help you much but W4 was used 22 - 24 Star C and replaced by W5 in Star F 1925 and Stars to 28 plus used in Durant's 28 / 29. W8 after that 30 / 31 Durant. Then C-400 for 1933. A22 used 21 - 26 in Durant. as far as 4 cyl engines

There would be a little more demand if the motor was the W-5 version. There is not a lot of value...token value $50/$100. I think most people are just glad for them to find a good new home.
