I received some pictures from Robert a little while ago. The engine is a W-4. Could be a title mix up. Our state has been known to do that.

Anyone want me to forward these pictures to them? I also will be going thru that area in about 3 weeks for the Spring wine tours.

There is or was another similar Star in the area which had a black (not horseshoe, but faux-Packard) radiator shell and no top. A few years ago we photographed it at the Kennewick swap meet, then the owner took us for a ride. I am suprised that there are two in the tri-cities. This sure looks better than my pile, but, oh well. -Hal

This photo is almost identical to my 1924 F Durant Rugby Tourer.I read a reseach article that said the 1924 F rolled off the assembly line on the first of August 1923, this is still happening with cars today
