Autolite ignition coil

I am looking for an original autolite ignition coil for my b22 1922.
I have seen a few for sale on ebay but I am not sure of there condition and I do not know if they can be renovated as I will not drive around with a 100 year old coil not knowing its exactely condition.
Anyone knows where I xan get more information about these Autolite IG101 coils?
