Found a recommendation on the AACA forum for a company in upstate New York that specializes in clutch and brake relining. I Spoke with the gentleman and they primarily work on antique car items. Sent my clutch and front brakes off and they relined them for me. Price was not that bad and they did quick work. I just sent off my rear brakes to them to do also. Give them a try. Now I purchased my own brake lining off McMaster Carr, the 5 16th" thick by 1 1/2" wide as recommended but I'm sure if you give them a call, the can supply what you need too.
