Tomorrow is September and we head into the fall of the year and before you know it the end of the year and tax time here in the U.S. Why not make a donation to the Durant Motors Automobile Foundation Inc this year! This year even with the struggles of the Pandemic, inflation etc, we have made great strides in moving one step closer to reaching our goal of building the only museum in the world dedicated to William C. Durant and the cars of Durant. The cars of the DMAC will be represented in the museum as well as a great history of Billy Durant from his early years in business. The DMAC and your cars have brought you such joy and friendship over the years. You just need to attend a DMAC meet to know what I'm talking about. Let's build a museum we all can be proud of. For all those members in the U.S. it's getting to be that time again for end of year contributions to non-profits to get that tax break if you need it. Please don't forget that the Durant Motors Automobile Museum Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization as designated by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Depending on you own tax situation donations may be deductible. Please seriously consider sending in some money this year. Wouldn't it be nice to have our own Durant Museum to honor the man and his cars that have brought us so much fun and joy. Any amount will be accepted. We just received another very generous donation to the Durant Automobile Museum Foundation from long time members to make the dream of having a Durant Automobile Museum become a reality. If you haven't thought of donation now is a good time! Any amount would be gladly accepted and get us a bit closer to our goal. Summertime is the time that donations tend to slow down a bit as people are off on vacations and traveling, but if you took that ole Durant or Star out to the 4th of July parade here in the United States and had a great time telling everyone about your car, then consider helping us to be able to tell many others about the history of William C.
