Might help the lads if they knew what model this Durant is or what 4 or 6 cyl engine. How to rebuild is mentioned on tech page although the addy shown doesn't exist now, but not aware of any kits. Someone might have an old pump that fits the engine you maintain.

A 1929 with Four cylinder engine would be a Model 40, but the same engine was used in the 1928 M4.

Now we know its a W5A there should be lots of pumps not being used someone could get one to him.

That's interesting Don and expensive. Note he says it fits 55, 65, 75 and M2 1928
Nice try but first 3 are 6 cyl and 4th is 4 cyl Here's part of aftermarket which says differently. 6 cyl has its own body and parts as does 4 cyl. Case of buyer beware perhaps.
Part number W5K400 might be a clue it fits a W5A 4 cyl or a fluke in number.

A lot of things are getting expensive these days. The water pump listed on Ebay is correct for All W5 engines and will work on all W4's also.
