so im needing some help with rear brakes i have a 24 star im replacing rear brakes i have reassembled them but my brakes where only used on that year im told by don shilling, With the car on jacks i can spin wheel one way no problem but if i go the other way parking brake shoe spins and then locks up wheel has anyone done brakes on this model brakes thanks jeff
