so im replacing rear brakes on my star i did right side no problem but now to the left . on the parking brake shoe (inner) i was missing the one shoe u bracket welded to shoe and where the shoe goes into the brake lever there is play so shoe moves until slack is taken up . also i have adjusted brakes so there is a very little drag on drum but left side parking brake will not stop when spinning right side ok do i try and adjust turn buckle under car to see if this helps .. and this was my dads car he did say at one time he had this brake lock up on him and some how he got it released he is not sure what he did at his age thanks jeff
