Car hauler for Tall car

How do you guys transport your cars ? I bought a 20’ car hauler but doesn’t make it up the ramp without hitting the roof . I thought about removing wheels but would have to build a nice rolling stand . Any suggestions ? I suppose building a raised loading dock so it will roll into trailer would work but would have to be easily moved if I want it back out of the trailer. I moved it from a friends building but had to haul it home on an open trailer .

Re: Car hauler for Tall car

The older cars (with 32" wheels) do require special effort to load in an enclosed trailer. I have noticed that some members have to lower the tops (tourings) to get them past the doorway. Bill Vigus had a special trailer height constructed for his Flint.
But rather than have a special trailer designed/built there is a 'beaver tail' option (the final 4' of floor in sloped) that works with the touring I have.
