I wanted to tell all my extended family members, the Durantonians that I wish all of you well and that you stay healthy during this troubling times! So far I haven't heard of anyone of our members contracting the virus and are following the CDC as well as the local authorities suggestions to stay at home when you can, practice social distancing and use common sense in your actions. I'm positive we will get through this and be back to normal as normal as life can be by this fall. With the majority of DMAC members in the higher risk category because of age and underlying medical issues, I worry about each and every one of you during this time period. We've all been together in the club for many years with friendships going well over 20 + years and when we lose one of us we all grieve and feel the loss. Stay at home, get out and work in the garage, it's a good time to work on that Durant project and get it ready for when we can take them out of the garage and get together to spend the time we all value and appreciate so well. Before you know it we will be gathering in those Hospitality Rooms again at our meets. Take care!

Hi All
I certainly agree with Mike and Don. We are practicing isolation up here and it is no fun. We get out for a walk when and if the sun is shining.
Many of the old car events are cancelled up here for the next two months at least. I imagine that the cancellations will be even longer, but it all depends upon this unfortunate disease COVID - 19
At least we can still communicate by internet or phone. Phone your friend and say Hi.
Our family has been in this organization now since 1976 and have enjoyed it all. We have many fond memories of events both in USA and Canada. Have met many from around the world. We don't want to lose any of you.
Stay safe

Come on Gordon! You're from the frozen north, aren't you isolation for 9 months of the year anyway? And Don, you are getting some of the rain that we have a reputation for here in the Northwest. I have a connection with people in Kansas and they can't plant wheat when it is this wet(ends up looking like a rice paddy). Everyone take care and get out in those garages and polish some Durant parts! Ross
