I have one nice set of aluminum caps and a couple of not so nice ones, but I do not have them on my barn find 614 sedan. Instead I run the 1929 brass/chrome wood wheel caps (the ones with the larger diameter opening). They have the Durant name on them and look correct. The only people who would notice this are probably those of us with a 1930. And if a souvenir hunter stole one of those, it would not be as big a loss to me since I have extra 1929 caps and they are more common than the aluminum caps.
It would be nice to have new aluminum caps available, but I probably would not buy any unless I began restoration on one of my 407s.
Knowing what a challenge a project like this can be, if one more participant was needed to be able to go forward, I would pitch in and buy a set.

I had a set made of the "D" hub caps for my 1928 from Vintage Reproductions. Their caps are made of a heavier aluminum and look and fit perfectly. They were great to work with too.

Do You own a car built by Durant? 1928 Durant Model 65 4 door sedan
This is from the hubcap collectors site and not quite correct in info.
Durant car 407, 610, 611, 612, 614, 617, 619 models built between 1930 - 32. 618 had wire wheel
Rugby trucks 406, 416, 614, 615, 616 built between 1930 - 1933. Rugby truck was not a Star or an automobile as he says and his cap isn't the best of shape but is the 30 - 33 style. And yes the 614 can be Durant car or Rugby truck, also 416 was a 1931 Rugby 4 cyl truck made at Leaside.
