Does anyone have any info or recommendations for sources for upholstery material for headliners, door panels or seats?
I want to replace the headliner in my 1930 614. I checked out our web pages but could not find anything to help me locate sources. I have looked on the web but that has been less than successful.

LeBaron Bonney has been a longtime source of materials for our era cars. They list mohair in various colors (seats, doorpanels) and cotton fabric (headlining) in many colors. Is it the exact match for Durant product cars? Ask someone to prove otherwise> Ross

In my experience so far, I would NOT recommend SMS Auto Fabrics as a company to have any custom work done. They promised me in January that after receipt of half the total cost, they would begin and have my custom fabric order done and sent to me in 4 to 6 months and then charge the balance. After initiating the order, communication is done by e-mail to track the status of an order. 4 months after my initial payment, they charged the remaining balance on my card. It is now 10 months and 53 emails later, and I only receive "one liners" that state delays or progress that at times contradicts previous emails. Very frustrating to be able to plan a restoration. I am at the brink of filing a complaint with the BBB.
