2017 DMAC Modesto Meet

Kudos to the Pacific Chapter for a job well done. The time, effort and hands-on you all did to make this a great meet showed! The trips were fun, sometimes educational (the museum and covered bridge) wow factor (the private collector tour with the high end cars), etc. The guys enjoyed the tech sessions run by our own experts-Roger, Phil and Don. The places we stopped to eat and had the banquet were perfect for our group! We appreciate everything you did for the DMAC this time around. AND a special thanks to Jennifer of the Modesto Visitors Bureau-she went above and beyond to make sure this event was so successful!
If we could change anything-it would be the T-bone accident Roger's car was involved in-speedy healing to you all.
So to old friends and new (We had several of our Aussie crew up for this meet)we truly enjoyed catching up with you all-see you next year in Staten Island. Have safe travels home!

Hope all had a great time. I sure enjoyed driving the flint through the back country. I also enjoyed meeting all the durantonians. Looking forward to the next national event. Maybe I'll bring the b-22 Durant in 2019 or the locomobile. I really had a great time with the Aussie's(hoy, hoy, hoy)

What a great event it was at Modesto.Margaret and Myself enjoyed it very much meeting new friends of the Durant Automobile Club. What an excellent gathering of people who got together to celebrate history and present many beautiful restored Durant vehicles. The one thing that impressed us was the comradeship of everybody. Also the deep respect that was shown to one another. To all the Ladies and Gentleman who were involved in the organizing of the Meet, well done.

Robert & Margaret
It was a pleasure to meet both of you and spend time touring the countryside. Hope you had a great flight back and will cherish the memories of your trip and the new friends you made. Photographs of the event will be published in the Winter edition of the club magazine so look for them around December. Take Care!
