Interesting? I was contacted a number of years ago by a group of GM retirees that wanted to start this and wanted to ask for our input on this and work with us on this project. GM soon got involved, cut the group out and did things their way taking no suggestions from them or even wanting our input. I was told it was going to be a show place for their new vehicles manufactured in the area, including their trucks. I'm glad they saved the building though. It was being used as city or county office space.
