I keep a few things in the loft of my barn. One was a Star radiator shell.
Today I took a look and the ornament was gone. I thought, "Oh boy, someone's been prowling in here." Then I saw the ornament laying right below.
My question is, do these things pop off by themselves, unassisted, or did someone lose it after taking a screw driver to it? It looks like it was a fresh removal.
This is not the first time someone has paid a visit and taken radiator emblems. I wonder if he comes back on occasion to see what else is there.
I'm trying not to get paranoid, because I have valuable tools, etc., in plain sight and you'd think they'd be gone too.
