Donating to the Museum effort

Hello Durantonians!
The Durant museum is always looking for items to add to it's collection and many of you have such items laying around gathering dust or sitting in a drawer or file cabinet. Things like an extra odd hub cap, advertising literature or items, maybe a photograph you picked up somewhere, an extra owners manual for your car are all items that we could use at the museum. For those that have not taken the time to go to our museum, site, check it out. There is lots of interesting photographs, advertising and other items of interest concerning all the cars that were affiliated with Durant Motors and served by our club. We need items on Frontenac, Continental, Flint, DeVaux etc. We've received lately some Devaux information, a Continental sales brochure and some magazines and books to add to the museum library and collection. These will be posted on the site soon but there is much more out there that is sitting in the tool chest or just collecting dust that the museum and future generations could use.
Remember you can help too by cash donations. We are working hard to meet our goal of having a physical museum someday somewhere in the U.S. to honor Durant Motors and William C. Durant. Without the funds this goal will never be met, so monetary donations are always welcome. These can be sent into our club treasurer, marked "museum donation", added to your upcoming membership renewal or real easy, go to our museum site and by going to the "contact us" page, donate via credit card using our Paypal account. Fast and simple.
For our U.S. Members you donation might be tax deductible depending on your own tax situation since we are a 501(c)(3) non profit organization.
We have made great moves forward in the eventual reality of a physical museum and have some very positive people working to this end. Let's make it happen together by donating!
