Sent my starter off to Advanced Electrical Rebuilders in Grand Ledge, Michigan for a complete rebuild. www.aerrebuild.com. Jason was recommended by several individuals on the AACA Forum. He did a complete rebuild, plus made a new tag up etc. The photos do not do it justice. It's actually to nice looking to even use, but I will. He also has some experience working on the Auto Lite generator/distributor combination some of our cars have. He rebuilt one on a 1922 Earl that used our type. Photo doesn't show it with the metal band cover over the open area which is also polished and restored.
