Help removing Tube for oil level gauge

Hello all.

For the past little bit we have been replacing the gaskets on the engine chain case oil pan etc. I have the oil pan off at the moment, and am trying to figure out how the tube that the oil level gauge (on the side of the engine) comes off. It's pretty solid on there, I can't tell if it unscrews, or if there is another way to take it off. Does anyone know?

This picture is a little rotated, but you can see the tube on the right.

Re: Help removing Tube for oil level gauge

It's just pressed in. Tap it sideways a little to loosen it and pull up.
