The Butters bros had the patterns and made me a very nice set for my 1925 star. These had the holes for the spring and friction pad.

sorry for the confussion they are the leavers that go under the steering wheel,they will be drilled, they will not be plated.they could cost more then a hundred a pair.will know more in about a month when the guy lets me know more.will have good clear pics of them you can see.they should be good quality parts.if you need more info and i don't get back for a week I drive semi and gone all week with no internet access.
