I have a 1929 Durant model 60. I remember seeing an article on how to rebuild the fan hub using modern bearings in one of the Durant partner publications. Does anyone know which one? I also tried to contact Vancouver Durant Star Car Connection but haven't gotten a response yet. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Franz (Vancouver Connection) is no longer making parts. I got one of his fan hubs. Basically he enlarged the hole in the hub and turned the shaft to accept a modern needle bearing. It works great. Others have inserted a bronze bushing. Any machinist can do either.
