Looking at the registrations that I have received, it looks like mostly Californians attending. D.J. Federlein and Roger VonBergen are bring their award winning autos.

I have also been informed to expect to see cars from Canada (Frontenac, Lexington, Rugby...etc.) in attendance.

Peg and I are attending, just have not sent a check to you. When I return to NJ next week it is on my desk to mail. We do have hotel and air reservations and plan on arriving in GRR on Tuesday, driving up the west coast of MI to photograph lighthouses, then into the hotel by dinner time on Wednesday.

I am planning on being there Still a bit hazy on whether my car will be going or not Having a few peoblems getting it running . I will be making my reservations soon and sending my cheque to you for the registration. Norma says she is not going this time so I am footloose and fancy free . I have plans to visit a lot of friends and relatives in Ontario while I am in the area. Might be my last trip so may as well make it worth while .

OK, I broke down and wrote a check to day for DMAC Registration, will go out in the mail tomorrow. Peg and I will be in Traverse City, come hell or high water. And hope neither occurs. Been in high water, hope to never see the former.

I have been to the city before and can tell you there are two casinos there at least - Been to both . I have friends there so hope to have time to visit them in between our tours and meetings.

Gary...did you tell the casinos "check is in the mail" as well? Save some money for dinner, etc while you are at the DMAC meeting.....There are a lot of things to do that are more fun than sitting in a dark smoky casino, where you no longer use real money, but fake plastic. '

Now, we are looking forward to photographing lighthouses, durants, and visiting brewpubs.

Registration sent in, hotel reserved, airline tickets paid for. Everything is done and ready to go. Hey Charlie don't knock the Casino, last time Gary, Ed and Ralph went when we were in Kalamazoo and Gary won enough to pay for a repair needed on the way home. According to the hotel site, the casino is only 4 miles from the hotel for those that are inclined to gamble a bit. Will be arriving on Wednesday and see you all there!
