Clutch

I am makings progress on my STAR, 1925 Model F Coach, but I have a lot of questions. I need to know what material is used for the clutch. McMaster sells low friction, medium friction and high friction material. They also have some that is metal free. Which one of these would work the best, if any, and how thick of material would I need. Or does someone know of a better source or perhaps someone that would rebuild the disk. What is a source for the rivets?
