Horn button, stupid question

Did any durants have a center horn button or shield on their steering wheels. and if so, does someone have a picture. thanks.

Hi Dave......

No such thing as a stupid question!! That is how we all learn.

Durant did use a horn button with the shield logo starting in @ 1930.

Look in the photographs section. 1930 Durant 617 owned by Fred Stager. Some good shots of the interior and horn button.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I had a look and as suspected, a logo was not used. I have an idea of what I will use to make one for mine.. As mine is rather a hod podge speedster, I do not believe a purist will shoot me. Mine has a rather large steering wheel, which is not from a Durant. with a more modern chrome horn button (adaptered) I am thinking that a wheel cap w/ Durant name on it, could be machined rather easy..
