I had my tank rebuilt at a sheet metal shop. It was a good job but quite expensive. They used all to old parts -such as the filler spout and the guages - and built the tank from the pattern of the old one. The only thing I would suggest --Get a firm price -in writing- before you agree with them-- Mine came back at about three times the price they told me. Had a big hassle with the owner but I did get a lot taken off the bill when I told him I would not take the tank and would pay nothing. I still paid more than the original quote.

what about hot rod sources.."TANKS" has a universal tank about 11 x 11 34 and 13-16 gallons....a basic rectangle with rounded corners..see hot rod mag ads....$215-240 DOLLARS....DEPENDS ON SOURCE...
ALSO "rootlieb" MAKES DURANT TANKS..I DON'T KNOW COSTS
