I am writing a book on W.C Durant's son-in-law Dr Edwin Campbell who was one of the incorporators of the Chevrolet Motor Company. He was Durant's executive assistant from 1906 until his (Campbell's) death in 1929. I am trying to find out how much help he gave Durant in the founding of the Durant Motor Company.
(1) Was he a major shareholder in its early days?
(2) Was he on the Board of Directors of Durant Motors?
(3) Does anyone know where the early records of Durant motors are kept i.e. minutes of Board meetings, list of major shareholders etc.?
