The present varnish on the wheels is very presentable, and appears to be a satin finish over oak wood. The wood steering wheel has a soft dull finish surrounding the metal structure. What is the prescribed approach for best maintenance / varnishing, including best products? I presume that marine varnish might be likely. I will employ a marine varnish specialist. Thanks in advance for colleague wisdom.
