Just posted to the Durant Photographs page a picture of Richard Vitosh's 1931 Deluxe Coupe. His father bought the car new, it was the last Durant the dealer had left.

IS THERE ANY HISTORY ,RESULTS ,OR SPECIFICATIONS AVAILABLE ON THE RACING CAR? IT SEEMS UNBELIEVABLE THAT A CONTINENTAL POWERDED CAR COULD COME EVEN CLOSE TO THE MARKS OF THAT ERA

Re: Just Posted

Brian,

I just posted another picture of Raymond Squarciafichi's Durant while in action, so to speak. The new picture shows the car racing in the south of France.

Raymond is a long time member of the DMAC and listed in the club Roster. I'm sure he would be happy to share information about his car if asked.
