Caster Angle for 1924 Rugby Tourer

I am having trouble confirming what the Caster Angle should be on a 1924 Rugby Tourer. If anyone knows the answer I would greatly appreciate being told.

I want to confirm that the vehicle has been set up as per the factory specifications.
