i' buliding a 1/48 scale model of the Avro Lincoln, i would like to know what colour were the No.617 Lincoln spinners in the time that the aircraft were painted in the drk green/drk earth camoflage. according to Scale Aircraft Modelling Vol 12 No.4 Jan 1990 they were red.. is that true or were they painted black. thanks for your help that you can give me. you site is fantastic... keep up the good work. if you cannot help me can you please direct me to someone who can. my e-mail adrs is chrisman@onvol.net
