My father was Capt John Hughes Adam of the 7th Seaforth Higlanders, 1939 - 1946. He rose through the ranks pte - capt and i believe was wounded on the 19th july 1944, in Normandy. I accidently discovered photo on the web with him in it the photo B6003 was taken at the start line Operation Epsom 25th june 1944. If anyone can provide me with any information on my dad or the campaign it would be appreciated
