Problems on garbages is really a national problem and a big one at that. We should first try to solve it on a smaller scale. How? By starting on our own self. We must throw our trash in the trash bin whenever we see one. If there is none, we must put it in a plastic and keep it in our bag until we see one. Especially when riding public utility vehicles. Some puv provide a small trash bin and some don't. So we must not throw it out of the window of the vehicle we are riding. In this case, we can help ease the garbage problem. And also if we can't help burning our garbages (due probably to delay in pick-up), we must only burn papers and dry leaves, wet or dry. No burning of plastic, styrofoams and other synthetics as this is harmful to humans and environment.
