AIW rules book, in the section on fortifications states that units in fortification cannot be attacked via overrun. But in the same rules book, under the section on overrun attacks states that when conducting an overrun attack the fortification modifier applies, thus implying that overrun attacks can be made against fortifications. Which is correct?
Question on spotting. If a unit in a concealment hex (woods, town, or smoke) fires and is inverted, does that qualify for spotting. I know that in Panzerblitz it does not, but the AIW rules are not clear.
