Error Message--"Sorry! You are not authorized to view this page."

I have loaded new pages for my site, but every time I try to view them I get the error message "Sorry! You are not authorized to view this page." Why!?!

OS: Windows XP

Could be that you don't have an index.html page loaded to your root directory

or you have free hosting with your domain and gone over your space limit
