I opened an account last October and haven't used in a while all the time being billed 12$ a month (and paying). Over this last weekend, I found it was deleted but I'm still getting billed.
My account name is : BillHurley and I know it still exists because it sent me the password (to BillHurley@satx.rr.com).
You created another thread on this topic and AFTER you got an answer explaining the correct procedure you decided to start spamming the forums instead.
However many times you post here the answer won't change.
Agreed, you need to open a support ticket, if you are being billed, you should still have your site.
Cross posting in desperation for an answer from a site that bravenet rarely comes too, is not the answer to your problem..... I made that mistake as well.
