I went to check on a guestbook entry. But can not recall the username to get into the account that holds this particular guestbook tools. I do have the PUB link, If that will help.

ps: i have tried email retrievals, but i can only get the info for another account. not for the one that i need.

you will need to go through support and open a ticket. forum people's dont have access to your account info.

Hello, and Thank You for your posting! It turns out that after I made this posting. I was able to get into my account, that contained the guestbook tools needed. Now if I knew how to remove this posting. Thank you everyone for viewing and posting!

if you every lose your login/password just do a lost password and it will send you all your information to your e-mail address of record with your bravenet account

otherwise you will have to go and open a support ticket


so guess your problem was solved so just move on down the road
