I removed my website and did not renew my hosting with bravenet, yet they charged my credit card for another three months without my permission. How do I contact these people to have my money returned. I want nothing else to do with bravenet.

My guess is you were at fault by not notifying Bravenet in the correct manner just as you have done with this message. Get a grip and don't blame Bravcenet for your error. The Forum is run by members not the staff
