I modified an xml file and overwrited the existing xml file, why don't I see the changes?

Hello, I modified an xml file via notepad and uploaded it to replace the old xml file on my site. Why don't I see any changes I have made?

For changes, I made modified the label in the side panel of the flash site labeled "News" to "News **updated 1/19** but I still see "News".

Anyways, why can't the changes take place? I have tried reuploading everything but nothing worked.

Please give me a solution!

Oh never mind. I deleted my cookies and authenticated sessions on my browser and I saw the changes...
