My domain name account with Bravenet colapse Dec. 30, 2007. I attempted to login into my Bravenet account to renew the domain. I got the information back:
Sorry, this account has been deleted.
I open another account with no difficult.
Enter a support ticket Jan. 15 2008.
The support ticket continues to show the old account information. I stress time and time to the support agent thats what happen. Anyway, haven't received the response support agent said sent. I inform support this is a new account.
Any suggestions what to do about this?
How I can save my domain name.
