I upgraded hosting and was expecting a free domain name to be included. I did submit a request for painterartbeads.com but nothing appears under my domain tab. I also submitted a transfer for paintersartgallery.com, which shows as pending. I am wondering why two domains have been charged for. Also wondering where the new domain is? Can someone help please. Thanks.

if you are upgrading you do have to pay to upgrade your free subdomain

and also the other domain doesn't show up the minute you buy it and such it takes a few days for propogation up to 3 days for that

if a free domain is offered but a charge is done, you will need to go through a support ticket to get through to a staff of bravenet. the forums are volunteers with no access to that information.
