i've pasted my website address in emails and i've gotten several complaints that whenever they click on it, it asks them for a username and password, and they can't access it.

It works perfectly for me. I was able to go through all the tabs without the problem you mentioned.

could be something with people's e-mail service with the link when they click on it

Two possibilities

1. You sent out your Bravenet account URL not the one you posted here.
2. Either your email or the recipients' email was adding extra code to the link. For reasons that I have never understood, some email systems are designed to do this.
