I need to download a file from the website onto my computer. I used the ftp to upload it, but since then, I bought a new computer and need this file back on my compute. I tried to download it by just reversing the uploading procedure and it shows up like it is downloaded on the ftp, but not in my folder on my computer. It simply is not there. Help

I've had that problem before; I solved it by opening the destination folder prior to file transfer.

Thank you, but it did not work. Nothing is in my folder on my computer. Bravenet says it is, but it still is not there.

If you are having problems with FTP then just use the save option in your browser.
