need help getting template on site

hello every one.
can any one help me? i am a free web site user, how do i get my template onto my web site?

if it's on your computer, you can use FTP or there may be a file upload area after you log into your bravenet account.

If you have a template on your PC then the best option is to build the site on your PC with a free standing editor such as NVU and then FTP the completed pages to your hosting account.
