Re: Site

The basic principle is that your images will appear, if you have uploaded your HTML files and your images, and if the images are at the locations where your HTML code is telling our browser to look for them.

If you use View Source to check your code, and if you use your File Manager (or other handy tool such as FTP) to see where you placed the images, you will see the problem.

It's best to get your site working on your computer, then upload everything. If the images are in a folder on your hard drive, you will need to place them in a subdirectory with that name on your site.

Some hosts have rules against having spaces in file names, so we often avoid pitfalls like that in setting up our file system.

Good luck!

Re: Site

are the images uploaded to the same name folder as you coded them?

example...
if you made your page and said the image should be found inside a folder called "pictures", when you uploaded the page and images, did you remember to create a folder called "pictures" and put the image file in there?

on another note, it is taking a very long time to load up certain images like this one...
http://staticimages.branders.com/media/images/test/page_start.gif?1199230162196

that might be holding up the loading of the rest of the images.
